AC Hotel by Marriott Downtown Sacramento is an eight-story, 179-key upscale hotel development located in Sacramento, California. MWT Architect developed the architectural planning and design for the project, including the building configuration, guestroom organization, circulation, facade design, and hospitality space planning.
Located on a compact urban site near Golden 1 Center, the hotel development incorporates contemporary guest accommodations, lobby and lounge facilities, dining spaces, meeting areas, and fitness amenities. MWT Architect’s design addressed the integration of these hospitality functions within a multi-story downtown development while establishing the overall architectural character and exterior facade expression of the project.
