Set atop the dunes, the Marina Dunes resort is envisioned as a distinctive coastal retreat where architecture, landscape, and hospitality come together. The proposed Autograph Collection property will include 153 guest rooms and 30 private villas, with panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and surrounding dunes. Designed for both intimate escapes and memorable gatherings, the resort will pair refined, residential-style accommodations with a rich collection of wellness, dining, cultural, and event experiences. Natural materials, landscaped outdoor spaces, and carefully framed views will connect guests to the coastal setting throughout the property. Every guest room and villa will feature elevated, spa-inspired amenities, private balconies, and views of the surrounding landscape. The villas will offer added space and privacy for families and longer stays.
