Topock66 Hotel is a 24-key modular hotel in Topock, Arizona, located along Historic Route 66 and the Colorado River. The project showcases a modern modular hotel construction approach, combining efficient off-site fabrication with coordinated architectural and engineering design to create a distinctive riverfront hospitality property. MWT Architect provided a multidisciplinary hotel design approach integrating architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design considerations with the requirements of modular construction. The project coordinates guestrooms, private balconies, dining, recreation, and shared amenity spaces within a cohesive building system designed for efficiency, constructability, quality control, and long-term hotel operations. Topock66 demonstrates how modular hotel design can deliver schedule and construction efficiencies while maintaining a strong architectural identity, guest comfort, and connection to its Arizona desert and Colorado River setting.
